I watch soccer football every four years when the World Cup inevitable draws my interest in the way that the Olympics used to. The best part about living is that I can actually watch the action live from the comfort of my own couch (or front porch, should I decide to meander with my laptop out to the out-of-doors). Yet, nothing is quite so enthralling as watching the matches with a group of rabid American fans who will (from time to time) simply burst out in singing patriotic music. I never knew we liked soccer football so much.
